Terms & Conditions for Pathological Lab Services:
- Services Offered: The pathological lab provides diagnostic services for various medical tests including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, imaging services, and other laboratory investigations.
- Appointment Booking: Appointments for laboratory tests can be booked online through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service helpline.
- Test Results: Test results will be made available within the specified turnaround time. However, in certain cases, additional time may be required for specialized tests.
- Confidentiality: Patient confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. All test results and personal information are kept strictly confidential and are accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Payment Terms: Payment for laboratory services is due at the time of booking an appointment or upon completion of services. We accept various modes of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
- Quality Assurance: We adhere to stringent quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by highly trained professionals.

Terms & Conditions for Outdoor Patient (OPD) Services:
- Appointment Booking: Patients can schedule appointments for OPD consultations through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our reception desk.
- Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking an appointment or upon arrival at the clinic. We accept various modes of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
- Cancellation Policy: Patients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Medical Records: Patients are encouraged to provide accurate medical history and any relevant documents during the consultation to facilitate proper diagnosis and treatment.
- Follow-up Appointments: Follow-up appointments may be recommended by the consulting physician based on the patient's condition. Patients can schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

- Room Allocation: Room allocation will be based on availability and the patient's medical condition. The hospital reserves the right to change the room allocation as necessary for medical reasons.
- Treatment Plan: Patients admitted to the hospital will receive personalized medical care and treatment based on the diagnosis and treatment plan prescribed by the attending physician.
- Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed during designated visiting hours as per hospital regulations. However, restrictions may apply based on the patient's medical condition and treatment requirements.
